1. Overview
Because our products are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying digital goods that cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged once delivered.
We strive to provide clear product descriptions, reliable delivery, and accurate functionality. If you experience a technical issue or believe an error occurred, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.
2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
Our digital items including software services, applications, digital licenses, access keys, in-game tools, subscriptions, memberships, and custom scripts are non-refundable once delivered, activated, accessed, or downloaded.
Exceptions may be made only in the following situations: the product was not delivered within the stated timeframe, you received the wrong product, a duplicate purchase occurred accidentally, the product is defective or unusable due to a verified issue on our end, or a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Each request is reviewed carefully and fairly. Approval is not guaranteed and is granted at our sole discretion.
3. No Change of Mind Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buying the wrong product by mistake, not reading the product description, incompatibility with your system if system requirements were clearly listed, or temporary technical issues that are resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

We will work to resolve the problem promptly, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Subscription and Recurring Payments
If you purchased a subscription or recurring payment plan, you may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund previous payments. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you encounter an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve most issues within hours.
We provide complete delivery logs, access records, and communication history to payment processors when reviewing disputes. Filing a chargeback does not result in penalties, but disputes are reviewed against our records. If the product was delivered and functional, the chargeback may be denied.
Fraudulent chargebacks or repeated abuse may result in permanent loss of access to our services, blacklisting from future purchases, or legal action in cases of documented fraud.
7. Fraud Prevention and Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or high-risk, violates our Terms of Service, uses stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or is part of abusive, resale, or bulk purchasing activity.
If the order is canceled before delivery, a full refund will be issued. If fraud is detected after delivery, access may be revoked without refund.
8. Product Misrepresentation and Updates
Our products are described to the best of our ability. However, features may evolve over time, some functionality may depend on third-party platforms, and we do not guarantee permanent undetected status or lifetime compatibility.
If a product becomes permanently unusable due to factors beyond our control, we may offer a replacement product of equal value, store credit, or a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
9. GDPR and Consumer Rights (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without justification, except for digital content that has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and delivery of your digital product and waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the product is delivered or accessed.
10. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under one of the exceptions listed above, email us at damet888@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and reason for request, and allow 2 to 5 business days for review.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or processor.
